Delivery Services & Pricing Information

General Information

  • All delivery events must meet a $150 Food & Beverage minimum before taxes & fees.
    Pricing is subject to change based on market conditions, food costs, venue requirements & operating expenses. Pricing will be finalized & guaranteed 90 days prior to the event date.
    Any necessary pricing adjustments will be communicated before that time.
  • Orders may be subject to a service fee ranging from 10% to 20% to help cover costs associated with vehicle maintenance, insurance, staffing, and packaging materials required to ensure your delivery arrives hot, fresh, and on time.
  • 24-hour notice required for all lunch & dinner orders
    48-hour notice required for all breakfast orders
  • Any same-day cancellations will be charged 25% of the order total.
  • All listed delivery fees apply to locations within a 20-mile radius. Additional mileage fee of $3.50 per mile round trip may apply for deliveries beyond this area.

Basic Delivery

Ideal for events planning to eat immediately or with small guest counts!

This option includes a trained catering delivery driver who prepares, transports, and delivers your order directly to your event location. Upon arrival, the driver will professionally set up your food in the designated service area so your guests can begin dining right away.

Delivery with Warmers

starting at $50.00

Perfect for groups that may be eating over a course of 2 hours!

A trained driver to prepare, collect, and deliver order to address provided.
The driver will set food out buffet style in disposable chafing dishes using 2-hour sternos. Disposable warmer setups can be separately; however, we recommend purchasing from us to ensure enough setups are provided based on menu selections and quantities.

Warmer Setup: One black disposable chafing dish, two 2-hour sternos, one water pan.

Light Service

Delivery with Attendant

starting at $200.00

Great for backyard weddings, celebrations of life, and all other social gatherings!

One trained attendant will prepare, collect your order, and arrive at the delivery address approx. 1 hour prior to meal service. Attendant will provide disposable chafing dishes, menu signs, buffet tables & linen, and buffet decor for setup. After set up, the attendant will remain onsite up to 1.5 hours to replenish and serve. Server will focus on serving meats to ensure portion control while any remaining items will be self-serve.

Additional time or servers can be added for an additional fee. We recommend adding extra staff if the expected guest count is over 100 guests or when there are more than 3 entrees available; however, this is determined on a case-to-case basis.
